يمكنك حفظ أي موضوع تريده و العودة له لاحقا بنفس الرابط ..
شرح لسبب إنشاء موضوع فهرس دوري للروابط ومعرفة الإيجابيات والسلبيات المحتملة لذلك..
أنصح متابعي دورة بلوجر بالقيام بين الحين والآخر بتسجيل روابط وعناوين آخر المواضيع للعودة لها حال فقدانها لأي سبب التسجيل سيفيدك فقط في حال فقدان روابطك لاكنه لاينفع في الأرشفة...
حيث أن طريقة الإسترجاع العادية تقوم على نسخ المواضيع بطريقة سهلة باستخدام منصة بلوجر بالضغط على الإحتفاظ بنسخة من المواضيع ثم إستردادها لاحقا في حالة حدوث أي طارئ كحذف جوجل لمواضيعك بالخطأ... نتيجة قالب معطوب أو به سكريبت لاتعلم بوجوده يؤدي إلى تعطل مدونتك وعند إكتشافه من طرف بلوجر أو جوجل سيتم إعتبار موقعك غير آمن و ستحذف بعض من مواضيعك أو كلها إذا لم تكتشف الأمر بسرعة.. وقد يحذف الموقع كاملا إذا وجد أن أغلب مواضيعه مشبوهة... حينها ستجد نفسك مضطرا لتصحيح الخطأ بإعادة رفع المواضيع التي سبق لك حفظها بعد تغيير القالب أو علاج المشكل...
وما ستعجزعن إيجاده وهو روابط المشاركات التي لاتحفظ بالنسخة المنزلة وعند البحث عن الروابط المؤرشفة في جوجل باستخدام خاصية site:your site في مربع البحث ستظهر لك عناوينك القديمة والمؤرشفة لاكن المشكلة ليس كلها فقد لاتظهر آخر المواضيع وقد تظهر العناوين مكررة وبعضها لايعمل تم نقله من مدونات أخرى لموقعك أوتوماتيكيا ولن تكون مرتبة بحيث تصبح عملية في الإستعمال ولن تكون بالترتيب التاريخي الصحيح لك...
لهذا فمن الخطأ الإعتماد على أرشفة جوجل أو حتى internet archive لإستعادة روابطك كلها فهي غيرعملية وليست كاملة ودقيقة...
الحل ببساطة هو أخذ نسخة إحتياطية مكان القديمة بعد كل مثلا 5مشاركات (وهو عدد قليل لايهم إن فقدته) هذا بالنسبة للمواضيع + بين كل فترة وفترة قم بإنشاء موضوع مثل هذا وانسخ فيه عناوين وروابط آخر مشاركاتك وانتهت مشكلة الروابط.
وتستطيع إذا فقدت أي رابط لاحقا أو موضوع إسترداده من نسختك المحفوظة للفهرس وبالترتيب الصحيح والرابط ..
فائدة أخرى للفهرس هو للأرشفة السريعة والباك لينك الداخلي الجيد لمواضيعك وبالتالي التأكد من زحف محركات البحث إلى آخر المواضيع المدرجة في موضوع الفهرس من خلال الروابط الموجودة فيه، وبالطبع من خلال تقديمك لمواضيع الفهارس للأرشفة ...
لاكن تجدر الإشارة هنا إلا أن البعض يحذر من وجود روابط كثيرة بتدوينة واحدة وأن هذا أمر سلبي يؤثر على الأرشفة والمصداقية حيث حدد بعضهم عدد لايتجاوز من 3-5 روابط في كل موضوع متوسط أنا حقيقة لم أواجه مشكلة في هذا ..
لاكن يوجد حل لهذا يمكنك ببساطة إكثار الكتابة (مثلا تحدث عن موضوع له علاقة بالأمر ثم ضع روابطك في الأخير) أو إظافة السطر التالي إلى ملف الروبوط TXT في مدونتك لمنع فهرسة والزحف إلى هذا الموضوع من محركات البحث بنفس الطريقة التي نمنع بها فهرسة صفحاتنا الثابتة...
شاهد المثال التالي لملف robot.txt الذي قمنا بوضعه للمدونة... كل ماهو باللون الأحمر هي روابط الصفحات الثابتة التي نمنع فهرستها يمكنك إظافة رابط أي موضوع تريد منع فهرسته لملف الروبوط txt وانتهت المشكلة...
الرابط الذي نضعه هو الرابط الأخير وليس كل الرابط مثلا الرابط الأصلي كان

وهو حل بسيط أي سيظهر الموضوع لك ولزوار مدونتك لاكن لن تجده محركات البحث ولن يفهرس ولن يظهر في نتائج البحث ... وهذا هو الحل للإحتفاظ بروابطك القديمة وضمان عدم فقدانها مجددا...
طبعا توجد طرق أخرى كاستعمال برامج FTTP مثل microsoft info path حسب ما أذكر بإمكانها تنزيل الموقع والمدونة كاملة بروابطها ومواضيعها لاكن الأمر يحتاج تنزيل تثبيت وتخزين.... لفعل الأمر .... لاكن أنا أفضل هذه الطريقة لبساطتها...
ملاحظات هامة:
للقيام بتغيير رابط أي صفحة تم نشرها مسبقا عليك بفتح المشاركة عبر تحرير المشاركات في بلوجر ثم قم بالضغط على المثلث بجانب معاينة (أعلى اليسار) واختر من القائمة المنبثقة العودة للمسودة وستتمكن من تغيير رابط المشاركة بكل سهولة... ثم قم بنشر المشاركة من جديد ولاتنسى تحديد التاريخ يدويا أو تركه أوتوماتيكيا وحينها ستنشر بتاريخ اليوم الذي عدت فيه للمسودة... وما يعيب هذه الطريقة أن بلوجر تكون قد أرشفة الرابط سابقا لهذا ستضيف له رقم لتمييزه عن الرابط السابق بالرغم من أنه لنفس الموضوع لهذا فهذه الطريقة تصلح فقط إذا فقدت مواضيعك وتريد إعادت الرابط ولايهمك الأرشفة لأنك ستطلبها من جديد...
إذا أردت تفادي هذه المشكلة خاصة عند شراء الدومين حيث سيبقى على الأغلب الرابط القديم المؤرشف حتى لو غيرته لابد من التوجه لجوجل كونصول (أدوات مشرفي المواقع) وقم بتحويل روابط المدونة الفرعية للدومين الفرعي القديم الى الدومين الجديد عن طريق إخبار جوجل بذلك من خلال خاصية تغيير رابط المدونة وإعادة توجيهها للدومين الجديد هذه الخاصية تجدها في جوجل كونصول لاكن وقت تحويل الروابط المؤرشفة قد يأخذ وقتا ..
وفي حالة تغيير عنوان أو رابط فرعي بآخر فرعي لمدونك داخل بلوجر وتريد بقاء جميع روابطك القديمة قم بتغيير العنوان من الإعدادات فقط وستنتقل الروابط القديمة من المدونة الفرعية القديمة للجديدة دون فعلك لأي شيء...
